Creative & Design

When we design signage or print artwork for you, this may come with a separate design fee, covering our team’s creative time and up to two rounds of revisions.

To help things run smoothly, we ask that where possible, you provide print-ready artwork. Preferably in AI (adobe illustrator), EPS, PDF or similar vector formats.

If we encounter any artwork issues, such as unoutlined fonts, incorrect colour modes, low-resolution images or files that aren't set up correctly, additional artwork fees may apply to get everything up to scratch and ready to roll.

Before anything goes to print, we'll send you a final proof to review and approve. Once you've given us the thumbs up, we'll proceed with production, so please make sure all details, spelling, colours and sizing are correct. Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for errors that aren't picked up before approval.

WHO’S CHECKING YOUR ARTWORK?

Our design team has collectively been in the industry for over 20 years, long enough to have an opinion on every font, a healthy suspicion of Comic Sans, and a sixth sense for spotting a low-res logo from across the room.

With experience spanning everything from prepress to production, they've seen it all, and fixed most of it.

These days, they make sure your artwork is set up correctly, your signage looks sharp, and everything prints the way it should. Because we'd much rather catch a problem before it reaches the printer.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE ARTWORK?

Not sure where to start? That’s what we’re here for. Whether you have a rough idea, an existing logo or simply know what you want to achieve, our design team can help bring it to life.

From creating artwork from scratch to refining what you already have, we'll work with you to create something that looks great and is ready for production.
